It should be prohibited because it is an exploitation, they abuse the poor horse by riding heavy loads and making them move back and forth, they don't give them water and they survive because they eat grass. Ignorant people believe that this is honest work that is exploitation. I have seen several people who sell junk and do not use horses to transport their things, they use their carts.
Also, if you want honest work, start selling water and frescoes. Those who ride those horse carts are neither disabled nor maimed.
