The cases of abuse are many in our city. We want a telephone number to call for help. And we want to be helped. The value of the fines MUST be reverted to NGOs castrate and help animals in our city. The NGOs need help to sterilize animals of animal hoarders, protectors and stray animals in general .
NGOs and independent and animal protectors cannot stand anymore. Several cases of little female dogs pregnant of large sized dogs dying in the streets or in their houses. Poor people have no condition to pay for a veterinarian. The people in charge of the NGOs are overwhelmed. All them have their own jobs. They work for themselves for their families and for the NGO; These people work only on trying to diminish the pain of these lovely beings. The mayor needs to help.
