The excessive abuse and the little responsibility in the possession of pets makes indispensable a new procedural and / or penal policy for those who use and abuse these animals, enough of mistreatment for these innocents. We need for our animals that we all know what our rights and obligations are in terms of animal care and responsible tenure.
The only way to combat animal abuse is to raise public awareness about the laws that protect animals, knowing how and where to make complaints about animal abuse and what laws protect them.
We can not continue allowing abuse to be common and no one to do anything. Please, that the Government realizes campaigns of conscientization on rights and obligations of the possession of pets.
Enough of killing!
