It is very important, since there is an overcrowding of dogs in the streets, some die of hunger and abandonment. Others are taken to the shelter, but the place is no longer enough with so many animals. Nobody takes responsibility. They carry them in bags to the door of the shelter and leave them there.
I ask that the municipality oblige the owners to castrate their pets and if not, that they be punished by law, due to the abandonment and mistreatment they carry out after a dog has her offspring.
