The animals cannot provide for themselves, they can not ask for help, and they are not used to suffering in the street, mistreatment, rejection, discrimination, risks of running over. Those responsible for such a proliferation of mistreatment of animals are us humans, and we should not allow this suffering in them. To have to walk from side to side without a roof, without food and without water, to withstand the heat, the sun, the rain, the hail, the cold, is our fault, and for that we have to be responsible. If we handle everything with control, in twenty years, which is the cycle of most animals, we would not have this problem.
Please I beg the authorities to give us a place and sufficient funds to make shelters in each municipality, even if one but with the right facilities, the right staff. These shelters should have a clinic with all the necessary equipment for healing, disinfection, operations, X-ray equipment, veterinary, rehabilitators, a kitchen to prepare food, people to attend all the needs of what a shelter is.
I assure you that there will even be people who offer to help, and also make donations to support medicines, food, etc.
