Because it is a beautiful place that many people use and anyone can twist an ankle because of the poor condition of the track. There we go to exercise, not to hurt ourself.
While one walks observes flowers and birds trees, it is magical indeed. He is very careful about pruning, hygiene, and cut grass. Only lack the good condition of the track and fumigate in summer because with so much green there are mosquitoes.
