The Municipality of Ferrara gives one euro per day for each dog in the Municipal Shelter. Some people have been introduced in the Municipal Shelter and destroyed all drugs and stolen funds for the operation of a dog and another´s chemotherapy. Then reentered the next night with the aim of stealing dogs, we are intelligent and imaginative in order to understand why they did it.
