Animals are living beings that have rights to human appreciation, care and maximum protection, and never kill them for fun, as happened to a kitten, we need to be investigated to find who made or killed this domestic animal.
The petition asks the Government for Laws that penalize those who abandon, mistreat and kill animals with prison terms and high fines.
Enough of impunity!
