Approve the Law against the mistreatment animals

Because there is a lot of abuse to animals, we see many people who keep them without water, without food, chained under the sun all the time, without being able to move. Apart they leave, there are many animals in the streets that are abandoned by their owners, so it is very important that the Government of our state approve this Law.
In my state I see many animals on the streets, many of them being mistreated in their homes, where they should be cared for and protected. Also seen are many dog fights, animals that end up disfigured or killed by other animals so that some people earn money.
We cannot allow this to continue to happen, if you are aware of the lives of all beings, if you like animals, if you have pets at home, if you feel bad when you see how your neighbors mistreat their animals, you have to sign this petition to claim to the Government of the State that approves this Law against the animal abuse.
