Peluditos UCV is a foundation that is located in Caracas-Venezuela, in a main university in the country, such as the Central University of Venezuela. In these moments of quarantine, people forget, abandon their animals; many because they are inhuman; others due to food shortages, others have no resources, they leave them at the University. The foundation does not have the resources to continue helping the furry. And the indifference has already wreaked havoc.
