Addressed to: Attorney General of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
General Attorney Citizen of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, based on the law for the disabled, I ask you and based on the Animal Protection Law, that service, psychiatric support and emotional support dogs be allowed to enter with their owners to any establishment in all states of the country. In this way, the disability law would be fully complied with. The dogs in that circumstance are properly trained.
