Because traveling from one country to another with a dog or cat is really complicated and expensive. You can travel by plane, it is allowed, but our 4-legged friends have to fly in the hold like any other baggage, and it is not safe, as they are often mistreated like luggage.
On the other hand, if they were allowed to travel on Eurostar, our friends could remain under our care all the time and we would be calmer!
