I saw this happen several times and reported on the license plates of the cars. Dogs are thrown on the roads or die of hunger and thirst or are run over. Isn't that a crime? They are lives thrown to their fate in endless abandonment. Let there be more restrictive laws and punishments for these criminals.
To this day nothing is done, not even with witnesses denouncing the authorities.
