We urgently need a shelter for stray animals to stop suffering. We urgently need the Government of St. Louis to act to build a shelter for all the stray animals that suffer so much suffering. We also need the government to set up a veterinary clinic where they can be vaccinated and sterilized.
With the shelter, and also with the commitment of adopting them and having them well cared for, vaccinated and sterilized, we will surely be able to alleviate the situation that is so serious with abandoned animals.
