I want the departmental government authorities, and organizations to fight for animal welfare, to come together and create a home for abandoned animals. They need food, veterinary attention and castration so they do not continue to reproduce in the worst conditions.
We also need to look for community partners to help with the maintenance of the home, plus the authorities, professionals and people from the community that belong to organizations that are struggling to improve the lives of abandoned animals.
