In Linares it is very necessary to have a dog park so that the animals have where to run and be at ease. In all the parks of the city it is forbidden to enter with dogs and they are fined when they see someone entering them. Animals need a space to run and be with other animals playing.
The owners must be responsible and clean up what their dogs get dirty, but we need the City Council to provide what is necessary for the animals to have this place to be outdoors, with drinking troughs.
