My Commune is full of abandoned dogs, all beautiful, but most are large and some oldies that no longer have much chance to be adopted. The amount of abandoned animals in my Commune and nearby Communes is really impressive, on every block there are animals in the streets. We ask the Mayor to do something about it, create a physical place where they can take care of animals to be given in adoption.
We also ask for a fine for those who abandon their pets, but now, we do not want to wait for years for something to happen.
