So all animals must have their basic rights guaranteed, including health, nutrition and protection. We can no longer allow the indifference with which animals are treated each day when we learn of a new case of violence and / or neglect that ends with the life of an animal.
The Government has to take action with regard to crimes against animals and also provide assistance to their needs. Shelters are necessary to be able to take them out of the streets, take care of them and give them up for adoption. So also a government that is concerned about their welfare, protect them from their institutions, laws and an animal police to investigate cases of mistreatment.
