Many dogs in this town suffer the punishment of being chained for life... Many of them end their lives locked in warehouses, stores, other chained for life, maltreated or be drowned... It is reprehensible, unfortunate and sad.
Did they not think the dogs suffer? ... !! A tougher law for animal abuse¡¡
