Addressed to: Sanitary Authorities of the Province of Formosa
The population of dogs is uncontrolled, they are not castrated, and they live hungry, passing hardships. Neither those who have masters are well fed nor cared for, they live to the great of God.
I ask the Formosa authorities to please carry out campaigns of castration, vaccination and deworming. Let us realize that these living beings, suffer, feel sadness and pain therefore abandonment and cruelty.
Castration is important to control overpopulation. Take care, please, it's urgent!
