Despite their best intentions this lady is accused of "promoting the proliferation of harmful animals" leaving street food for cats, while the poor animals are not responsible for their birth, humans must sterilized and not abandon them.
Justice walk with its head! Especially since we are in the fight against abuse, then this lady should be rewarded for feeding stray animals. The government of Cannes should remove the fine and help stray animals.
