Obviously there are people who think that a simple dog can defend your house as if it were a lion, people who tie with a chain day and night a poor animal. This is animal abuse, you cannot have a dog tied night and day, let alone without a shack conditioned to take refuge from the cold and the heat.
Unfortunately there are people committing these cases of animal abuse and we must end this, so this petition, to request a Law to punish the people who have their animals chained, to be fined, animals are removed, because we cannot continue to allow this abuse.
