Criminal complaint and resignation of the Director of Environment Jose Silverio Carrillo and the Director of Anti-Rabies of Valle de Chalco

We demand exemplary punishment for this kind of barbarism, because killing innocents is immoral, do so cruel is perverse, and from public institutions outrageous and a crime.

Hundreds of dogs have been tortured and killed in the antirrabies of Valle de Chalco and found their bodies bound in containers and in mass graves.

We demand the dismissal of Jose Silverio Carrillo Romo who serves as Director of Environment and Director of the Anti-Rabies of Valle de Chalco.

We demand punishment for breaking the seals, and as a public official must prove that not anyone can violate the Law. We demand that Eruviel Avila intervene and all the weight of the Law applies for torturing animals and encourage violence. They must prove that no one is above the Law!
